When checking out, ensure that you fill in your complete shipping address and payment details, and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate email when your items have been shipped.

You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing it.

If you created an account online, follow these steps to cancel your order:

• Login into My Account
• Click on Orders and select the order # you wish to cancel
• Click ”Cancel”

If you wish to cancel after 24 hours and we still have’t shipped your order, please send us an email at orders@gadgets.com.
